Popular Nollywood actor, Taymesan has revealed how trolls made him loose his self-esteem.
Taymesan is a Nigerian actor. His full name is Temisan Emmanuel Ahwieh, but he goes by the name Taymesan.
He has recently opened up about how trolls and critics affected him negatively.
He shared this during a recent interview as a guest on the Nancy Isime Show. He appeared on the latest episode alongside Enioluwa who is an Influencer.
Taymesan shared how he experienced bullying and serious trolling while he grew up. He revealed that this went on to the point where he lost all self-esteem. He says his self esteem was “on the floor.”
He revealed that this however also made him work on himself. He says he did some serious work on himself over time and that's what made him who he is today.
He says he hasn't shared this anywhere else but he had been bullied a lot while he was growing up.
He says he got into UNILAG and he had ren one of the most talented persons when he was in his school in Warri.
In UNILAG, he didn't really understand why he was being bullied or trolled.
He says he just wanted to be a popular person who was everyone's guy but it didn’t happen. He says he just faced his school work and church.
He then shared that this is one of the things he is very grateful for. He is grateful those things happened to him because it pushed him to do more.
He says he had too much to prove and he did so much work on himself. He says that was his turning point, how UNILAG changed him.
