Recall he went through some medical complications earlier in the year.
He had been battling with a health challenge for sometime which caused him to be hospitalized at some point.
Recall his daughter, Corrinne had revealed that he was hospitalized after having a health challenge. This was earlier in April, when he was rushed to a medical facility in the state of Georgia. He had been filming a movie at the time.
At some point, in May the actor had also been rumoured to not be doing well after the hospitalization and his daughter came out to clear school.
The family didn't reveal the exact details of his health challenge. They didn't give any details on his medical condition.
Jamie Foxx himself did not say anything ever since it happened but is now for the first time after his hospitalization sharing what he went through.
He revealed that an unspecified medical emergency has caused him to go through hell and back.
He says he had gone through something that he never thought he would go through.
He revealed this on Friday on his Instagram account. He shared a video and began by appreciating everyone who supported by praying, sending messages and others.
He revealed that he avoided social media while recovering. He says he knows people were expecting updates on his condition but he didn't want people to see him like that; with tubes running out of him and be wondering if he would make it or not. He said it was really tough.
He shared that his road to recovery wasn't smooth as well. He says he is fine and showed that he could move himself. He shared that he is coming back.
