With petrol hitting N1,300 in many places this week, I’m curious to know what practical 'lifestyle adjustments' everyone is making. Are we finally embracing carpooling, switching to CNG, or just cutting down on weekend outings entirely? It feels like the old budget just doesn't work anymore. What’s the one thing you’ve stopped spending money on just to keep your tank full?

hmmmm @littlepricess. Thank you for sparking this conversation. I must say that the old budget doesn’t do it again. We may have to embrace carpooling because cutting back on essentials can be difficult.

is he price really that high? I stay in Victoria Island and there are fuel at the filling station, how much is fuel in your area?

Most people are just reducing unnecessary trips and spending less on outings. The truth is many are quietly adjusting their budgets just to keep fuel in the tank.
