14 year old gospel singer narrates how he was slapped for speaking in tongues

14-year-old gospel artiste, whose name is Daniel Monday Akpan has revealed that he was slapped for speaking in tongues.
He is known popularly as Great Daniel. He explained that he was slapped 4 times for speaking in tongues.
He said it was an executive of his former record label which is known as EeZee Concept who slapped him.
He announced prior to this on Facebook that he has separated from his record label but didn't say the reason why.
He recently then said in an interview that this was the reason he left. He described the way he was treated while with the record label.
He narrated that he had gone to Abia State for a program and began to speak in tongues.
He said when they got back to the hotel, the vice president asked why he spoke in tongues and shouted at him.
He says he was trying to explain how he was led by the Holy spirit, the man slapped him and this caused him to start crying because his parents weren't there.
He says he didn't have anyone so he came back to Lagos where his parents was.
He said the record label then cut him off from school because he had been sponsoring his education.
They employed a lesson teacher who came to teach him at home and taught only 3 out of 9 subjects.
He mentioned that he knows God will take him places.
