Mohamed Salah has moved into the top 10 Premier League goalscorers of all time following his goal during Liverpool's 1-1 draw against Arsenal on Saturday, December 23.

The 31-year-old equalized for the Reds in the 28th minute of action at Anfield after Gabriel's opener.

It was a remarkable strike from the former AS Roma frontman, who arranged himself onto his favourite left foot before smashing the ball into the top of the net beyond Arsenal goalkeeper David Raya.

Following the amazing strike, Mo Salah has joined the list of elite players as he jumped into the top ten highest scorers in the history of the English Premier League above former Liverpool striker Michael Owen.

It was the former Chelsea player's 151st strike in the top flight, with the Egyptian International now eleven behind ninth-place Jermaine Defoe on the list.

However, Mohammed Salah still has a long way to go in the pursuit of Alan Shearer, who is leading the Premier League scoring chart following his incredible 260 goals in the English top flight throughout his playing career.

Harry Kane is second on the list due to his amazing 213 goals, while former Manchester United hitman Wayne Rooney sits third with 208 goals, Andy Cole secured fourth place with 187, and Sergio Aguero in Fifth place following his standing 184 goals.

Frank Lampard, a former Chelsea midfielder secured the sixth spot with 177 strikes, Thierry Henry sits seventh with 175 goals, and Robbie Fowler in eighth place with 163 goals.

A total of 34 players have attained 100 Premier League goals, with Heung-min Son becoming the latest to reach the landmark last season.

Mohammed Salah, on the other hand, grabbed his 150th Premier League goal in Liverpool's last-gasp 2-1 victory over Crystal Palace earlier in December and is the league's second top scorer on 12 behind Erling Haaland.

Jarrod Bowen, Dominic Solanke, and Son Heung-min are all joint third on 11 top-flight goals this season.

Mo could have recorded an assist to his tally against Arsenal as Liverpool strived to win the game, but Trent Alexander Arnold hit the crossbar.

The 2020 Premier League champions had to settle for a point at Anfield as Jurgen Klopp's side moved back up to second, one point behind league leader Arsenal in the standings.

What's next for Mo Salah?

The Egypt International will be looking forward to adding to his tally when the Premier League returns after Christmas.
